Abstract
This article identifies the major stages of the teaching practice and describes main directions for a student teacher acting as a form tutor under the Federal Educational Standard, which allow systematizing the knowledge gained during academic learning. The author proposes certain educational activities in line with the Federal Educational Standard, describes the stages, topics, forms and functions of an advisory, considers psychological and pedagogical characteristics of a form, characterizes the stages of organizing a parent-teacher conference and offers advice on the subject. The article has a practical aim and may be used by all student teachers at general educational institutions of the Russian Federation.

Abstract
The relevance of the article is due to: the implementation of the main provisions of the development strategy of the Russian state in connection with the strengthening of the Russian language in the country and its promotion in the world; an increase in the number of foreign students from Africa and the Middle East at NEFU and the problem of their training in non-humanitarian specialties; the need to find effective forms of training for foreigners. Currently, the largest number of foreigners from these regions is studying at the Medical Institute. In this regard, problems arise, the practical solution of which will contribute to a more effective education of these students at our university. The purpose of this article is to identify effective forms and methods of teaching foreigners at the Medical Institute, which involves solving a number of problems: the formation of an individual educational trajectory of teaching foreigners, the development of effective forms of professionally oriented language training for their training in the chosen specialty, the strengthening of interdisciplinary ties, development of research skills, in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. Foreigners studying at NEFU go through various levels, from bachelor to undergraduate and postgraduate student. As practice has shown, foreigners studying in magistracy do not know the specifics of Russian education; do not possess the skills of scientific research. In the course of the scientific research, the following problems were solved: expanding the language competence of a foreign undergraduate based on the creation of a professionally-oriented glossary; familiarization of foreigners with research activities through participation in conferences of various levels, interdisciplinary seminars, in the writing of scientific articles, research work on the topic of scientific research, in the creation of their own project.

Abstract
The article discusses the importance of management in the network form of the implementation of educational programs. The relevance is determined by the introduction of the network form, consisting solely of the interaction of the pedagogical community. As a result, human resources play a key role in the process of cooperation and management. At the present stage of the development of education, the management is increasingly focusing on human resources since proper personnel management entails the effective implementation of networked educational programs between organizations and enterprises. The work also defines the stages of management formation in the network form that are accompanied by specific mechanisms. In the subsequent development of the management process, these mechanisms are the primary conditions for the effective management of the network educational program.

Abstract
Studying of socio-psychological characteristics of patients with different dermatoses, such as psoriasis, is a relevant subject of modern scientific reality. Practical and scientific significance of this issue is not limited only by psychological science and its branches - psychosomatics, psychodermatology, somatopsychology, etc. - but includes medicine as well. Due to incomplete knowledge of psoriasis etiology, absence of etiotropic treatment, increasing number of forms of the disease resistant to therapy, the research of psychological characteristics of such patients could help to make a significant contribution to a comprehensive approach to treating dermatosis, also to understanding of psychosomatic interconnections, and optimizing an interaction between the doctor and patient; to identify factors preventing social adaptation of such patients, and expand the knowledge base about etiopathogenesis of psoriasis. The article discusses some issues of psychosomatic relationship between the skin and psyche, provides a brief overview of theories of psoriasis etiology, describes procedure, methods and results of the empirical research of socio-psychological characteristics of patients suffering from psoriasis; and provides conclusions and discussion.

Abstract
The article presents a theoretical and empirical study of the relationship of the locus of control and self-government. The aim of the research was to study the nature of the manifestation of self-government, depending on the internality and externality of the individual. A theoretical analysis of publications on the research topic showed the ambiguity of the assessment of the internal and external locus of control in human life: the internal locus of control is always associated with self-confidence and assumption of responsibility, the external locus of control is associated with a refusal to accept responsibility. At the same time, moderate externality allows a person to relieve himself of an excess feeling of guilt and behave more confidently. An empirical study was conducted on 60 people aged 18-22. The following methods served as research methods: N. M. Peysakhov ‘s self-management test; E. N. Osin’s test of self-determination; J. Rotter’s Locus of control test. Methods of quantitative data processing (correlation and regression analysis) were also used. The calculation of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the indicators of the locus of control (internality and externality) have a significant correlation with the indicators of the ability to self-government and autonomy of the individual. Moreover, by studying regression charts, the nature of these relationships was revealed: the higher the internality indicator, the higher the indicators of autonomy and self-government ability are. And, on the contrary, the higher the externality indicator, the lower the indicators of autonomy and self-government ability are. The self-expression index has no correlation with the locus of control.

Abstract
The article reviews the main milestones of the creation of the Dmitri Mendeleev’s Periodic Law of the Elements. It is demonstrated how he came to his great discovery and why Mendeleev was given the priority of formulating the periodic law. This is due to the ideas that he laid at the foundation of his table. His first predictions turned out to be revolutionary, and the principles laid down in the classification of elements had deep philosophical significance. In the system under consideration, many universal characteristics of the world around us converge, since it directly founds them. The concepts of “element”, “structure”, “system”, and “function” acquire global significance. The elements under consideration are the building blocks of the universe for molecules and all those structures formed on their basis (organic compounds, amino acids, proteins, etc.). This made it possible to explain the properties of the basic chemical elements, structures and systems, as well as a significant part of matter. The Dmitri Mendeleev’s Periodic Law contributed to the emergence of many new areas of research, among which, first, one should highlight the spread of the key ideas of this system of elements to the related fields of knowledge and the study of transuranic elements. It can be argued that the Periodic Law of chemical elements is a vivid example of a phenomenological theory, the truth of which was brilliantly confirmed by subsequent discoveries in physics at the end of the 19th and 20th centuries. The periodic table suggested the existence of a subatomic structure and foresaw the mathematical apparatus that underlies the rules for controlling atoms, which in the future proved themselves in quantum theory. The study of the periodic law has been the subject of many studies by both Russian and foreign authors. B.M. Kedrov and his followers made a significant contribution to these studies. The Dmitri Mendeleev’s Periodic Law is the fundamental law of the universe, the foundation of modern science and science as a whole.

Abstract
In this article, we will achieve two results: first, we will show the Schopenhauer’s approach to the main philosophical and religious Eastern systems and doctrines from all sides, and, secondly, from this point of view, we will reveal the entire philosophical potential of the Schopenhauer’s doctrine of the “body”. We do not bring our analysis to any final conclusions; our goal is to open a new field of philosophical and historical-philosophical problems related to the Schopenhauer’s system.
