Abstract
The relevance of the study stems from the global digitalisation of the world as a whole and the widespread adoption and extensive use of digital education at all it levels, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Global talent management practices are also turning to new experiences in applying digital competences and integrating them into education. As a result, there is acute shortage of digital mentors for different sections of the learning population worldwide and for talent management systems. The digital mentor has begun to play a significant role in the implementation of international and regional education development strategies. Digital mentors have become actively involved in creating user interfaces for educational systems of educational organizations. The primary task is to involve digital mentors in the implementation of educational programmes for retraining of teachers and university academic staff and integrating their skills to the needs of formal and non-formal regional education at all levels. The aim of this study was to identify the primary management methodology for digital mentoring in formal education. The study applied descriptive methods, the method of benchmarking of intellectual integrations as an analysis of best practices in international digital education. The study identified primary management vectors for the development of digital mentoring as an innovative format for education and talent management. Reflections on the implementation of digital education projects and the use of project modules in the personal development of participants in the educational process ‘incited’ the authors to highlight another strategic vector of digital mentoring. This vector should focus on overcoming personal barriers in mastering new digital environments for both mentors and learners and finding one’s place in these environments. This vector may present further research perspectives. This vector may present further research perspectives. The materials of this article will be useful for directors of continuing education institutes, heads of departments of professional development education, institutes of pedagogy within universities, regional institutes of education development, for researchers of educational integration processes.

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the level of communicative control and sociability of first and second year students of a medical university using the methods of the same name. The relevance of the study is due to the competence-based approach to teaching in higher educational institutions and the need to develop general cultural and general professional competencies in students. In medical education for students of all areas of training, the formation of competencies in the communicative sphere is provided. The study was carried out using tests: «Methodology for assessing the level of sociability» (author V.F. Ryakhovsky), the express method «Diagnostics of communicative control» (author M. Schneider), and methods of mathematical statistics. During the study, it was found that communicative control and sociability are quite highly developed in medical students, but a high level of sociability does not imply the presence of communicative control. Free communication in any company, the ease of establishing interpersonal relationships does not guarantee emotional self-control in a situation of communication, conflict or simple interaction.

Abstract
The article considers the influence of the Russian classical literature on the development of the society and the state. Despite the focus on ontological problems associated with the God, fate of the people and the state, the existence of the Russian ethnos, society, Spirit, Russian literature has failed to connect them with the reality of the events taking place. Moreover, this happened despite the fact that a huge number of writers and poets created precisely spiritual works. The reasons explaining this contradiction are considered. This is, first, the naivety of many Russian writers and their works; the desire of a certain part of Russian people for a fictional, invented life; poorly developed literature of the “middle class”; the orientation of literature and other arts of the Russian empire to the elite; and the contemplating nature of the Russian Spirit. The things in existence of Russian life remained completely incomprehensible to the public, and the literature did not help in clarifying this issue. As a result, a layer of “superfluous people” arose, which became ever wider, described with great skill. The 19th-century Russian literature played an extremely important role, many writers became idols of the public, and their new books were perceived as a revelation. The statements of Bazarov and Insarov became models of thought, action, examples for a way of life. Since many processes in Russia were carried out in a natural way, they can be reviewed best in the world coordinate system based on the dynamical limits considered in our previous works. The Russian literature, as one of the leading literatures in the world, has closely interacted with such limits. The limits of the human soul, historical collisions were especially deeply investigated, but they could not be connected with other similar limits (social, economic).

Abstract
The article discusses the idea of Academician A.M Sergeev, the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, on the possible transformation of Yakutia into a scientific and technological outpost of Russia. The life trajectories of people of the Soviet and post-Soviet times are analyzed. Contemplating on the possibilities of the transformation of Yakutia, the author suggests the key idea of Confucius about the restoration of the “Golden Age” of Zhou by radically changing the content of the family, which actually took place in the Celestial Empire for two and a half thousand years. However, the duration of the transformation of the Celestial Empire was due to other historical conditions. The duration of the transformation can be significantly reduced in modern conditions. This is evidenced by the facts of the creative activity of K.I. Maksimova - Sayyna. Despite the strong change in the institution of the family in modern conditions, the positivity of the life trajectory can be set by the person himself, which, of course, will act as a powerful factor in the transformation of Yakutia into a technological outpost of Russia.
