Principles of language coaching in teaching foreign languages

Abstract

The article considers a new experimental method of teaching foreign languages, called «language coaching». The authors give the definition for this notion, consider its distinctive features from traditional teaching methods, substantiate its application in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language. Particular attention is paid to the use of language coaching at the initial stage of foreign language teaching.
