В статье представлено теоретическое и эмпирическое исследование взаимосвязи локуса контроля и способности к самоуправлению. Целью исследования являлось изучение характера проявления способности к самоуправлению в зависимости от интернальности и экстернальности личности. Теоретический анализ публикаций по теме исследования показал неоднозначность оценки интернального и экстернального локуса контроля в жизнедеятельности человека: интернальный локус контроля всегда связывается с проявлением уверенности в себе и принятием ответственности на себя, экстернальный локус контроля связан с отказом от принятия ответственности. При этом умеренная экстернальность позволяет человеку снять с себя лишнее чувство вины и вести себя более уверенно. Эмпирическое исследование проводилось на выборке из 60 испытуемых от 18 до 22 лет. Методами исследования послужили следующие методики: тест «Способность к самоуправлению» Н.М. Пейсахова; «Тест самодетерминации» Е.Н. Осина»; тест «Локус контроля» Дж. Роттера. Также были использованы методы количественной обработки данных (корреляционный и регрессионный анализ). Расчет коэффициента корреляции Пирсона показал, что показатели локуса контроля (интернальность и экстернальность) имеют значимую корреляционную связь с показателями способности к самоуправлению и автономией личности. При чем с помощью изучения графиков регрессий выявлен характер данных взаимосвязей: чем выше показатель интернальности, тем выше показатели автономии и способности к самоуправлению. И, наоборот, чем выше показатель экстернальности, тем ниже показатели автономии и способности к самоуправлению. Показатель самовыражения не имеет корреляционной связи с локусом контроля.
The article presents a theoretical and empirical study of the relationship of the locus of control and self-government. The aim of the research was to study the nature of the manifestation of self-government, depending on the internality and externality of the individual. A theoretical analysis of publications on the research topic showed the ambiguity of the assessment of the internal and external locus of control in human life: the internal locus of control is always associated with self-confidence and assumption of responsibility, the external locus of control is associated with a refusal to accept responsibility. At the same time, moderate externality allows a person to relieve himself of an excess feeling of guilt and behave more confidently. An empirical study was conducted on 60 people aged 18-22. The following methods served as research methods: N. M. Peysakhov ‘s self-management test; E. N. Osin’s test of self-determination; J. Rotter’s Locus of control test. Methods of quantitative data processing (correlation and regression analysis) were also used. The calculation of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the indicators of the locus of control (internality and externality) have a significant correlation with the indicators of the ability to self-government and autonomy of the individual. Moreover, by studying regression charts, the nature of these relationships was revealed: the higher the internality indicator, the higher the indicators of autonomy and self-government ability are. And, on the contrary, the higher the externality indicator, the lower the indicators of autonomy and self-government ability are. The self-expression index has no correlation with the locus of control.
