The article discusses the idea of Academician A.M Sergeev, the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, on the possible transformation of Yakutia into a scientific and technological outpost of Russia. The life trajectories of people of the Soviet and post-Soviet times are analyzed. Contemplating on the possibilities of the transformation of Yakutia, the author suggests the key idea of Confucius about the restoration of the “Golden Age” of Zhou by radically changing the content of the family, which actually took place in the Celestial Empire for two and a half thousand years. However, the duration of the transformation of the Celestial Empire was due to other historical conditions. The duration of the transformation can be significantly reduced in modern conditions. This is evidenced by the facts of the creative activity of K.I. Maksimova - Sayyna. Despite the strong change in the institution of the family in modern conditions, the positivity of the life trajectory can be set by the person himself, which, of course, will act as a powerful factor in the transformation of Yakutia into a technological outpost of Russia.
